Stornoway training and activity center - SOA is part of Stornoway municipality's education and activities for people with disabilities, physical and mental disabilities.
In SOA, we want everyone to experience a meaningful life. Having a job means you are part of a community. We offer our users a job tailored to individual interests, needs and abilities. SOA operates equipment bank. Here you can eg come and borrow what you need for a hike in the woods whether it be winter, spring, summer or fall. We have skiing, skating, rucksacks, wigwam and a variety of other useful things for the trip. Everything you borrow, borrow free.
SOA also accepts old furniture you do not need. The furniture we pick happy with you, they brush up on demand and sell out to those who want it. Stop by the exhibition on our premises!
